GAME DAY.

to fix the last blog entry, the game was called "over and out" sorry to all those i offended by getting it wrong (Missy).

today's game was awesome!! started off the game against the wind but we totally rocked it. Halfway through the first half we got lucky and got a penalty kick, which "THE Erin mcquinn" totally owned so we had the lead 1-0. The rest of the first half was a hard hard time. the other team argued A LOT, and Kristen totally egged them on! OH and steffy had some very very lucky saves in goal. then there was half time. after half, Evan yelled to Kristen "remember 0-0, and of course Kristen being Kristen goes "yeah yeah 0-0 i know". too funny! Then stef decided she was Americas Next Top Model and was fixing her hair for a good ten minutes. Needless to say, i yelled at her...a lot. then Stef set up a wall and Alicia took a ball to the face...what a SUPERSTAR! So Erin scored another two times. the other team was getting really mad, I'm pretty sure they were just referring to her as the girl in the yellow spikes. it was totes legit. all my bench warmers thought it was funny when i yelled out "hey ERIN!!! that's a hat trick!" wohooo! Missy totally rocked forward today with some amazing runs and shots off. Syd had some great shots off from very far away that i thought were about to go in!! Mary played sooo great on midfield today. Bill was her usual self, making runs and beating the other players like crazy. All the rest of the forwards and midfielders in played amazing as usual!
Now on to the defense. i think we have such a STRONG defense. First with Jess in the center. I swear that girl is faster than any of the opposing forwards. She saved our butts SO SO many times. Then Kristen and her strong kicks, both right and left footed. Jeez, I'm jealous! (and apparently that stinking ref was too because he decided it would be a good idea to call things on her ever five seconds, until Evan told him he was "picking on a very nice girl") then meg kane. holy cow, great game again miss meggy. you had some great clears and free kicks. G-O M-E-G! goooo meg!

Okay rockstars, that's all for tonight. have a wonderful weekend. Be careful and don't get too crazy. you heard what coach said...even if we do have four days off don't do anything bad!! and expect more postings if i can get on here and write some more. see you all on Monday, can't wait!! have a great Easter y'all!
